How does someone find their upline to see who they are enrolled with? This part is easy. Go to the dōTERRA back office. Click Wellness Advocate services at the top, click upline listing. It shows you!
If they have not ordered in more than 6 months with dōTERRA, they very simply can send an email. The email must be from their original email account on file with dōTERRA to: firstname.lastname@example.org and have them cc you.
This is what they should write in their email:
--> I, their name and dōTERRA ID (or phone/email if they don't know their ID),
would like to transfer to:
Enroller - Your name and dōTERRA ID #
Sponsor - YOU provide them with the name/ID of who you want them placed under on your team
